How can i get apigas?
And how to use NPC Buffers?
Is there any special farm/exp places?

How can i get apigas? - TVT Event or GM events
And how to use NPC Buffers? - buy special item from NPC close to NPC buffer (A grade cloak)

NPC buffer can be used after you buy holy spirit cloak in agathion section on the npc legend right next to the buffers.
